Terms and Conditions

1. Loan of Vehicle:
   The Owner agrees to lend the above-described vehicle to the Borrower for personal transportation to attend a business conference from December 10, 2055, to December 15, 2055.

2. Condition of Vehicle:
   The Borrower acknowledges that the vehicle is in good working condition as of the date of this Agreement. Any existing damages, such as minor scratches on the rear bumper, are noted and will not be held against the Borrower upon return.

3. Insurance:
   The Borrower agrees to maintain adequate insurance coverage during the loan period. The Borrower must provide proof of insurance to the Owner before using the vehicle. If the Borrower’s current policy does not cover the vehicle, the Borrower agrees to purchase temporary insurance for the duration of the loan.

4. Use of Vehicle:
   The Borrower agrees to use the vehicle solely for personal purposes related to the business conference. The vehicle shall not be used for any commercial purposes, racing, or illegal activities. The Borrower agrees to follow all road laws and regulations.

5. Responsibility for Damages:
   The Borrower will be fully responsible for any damages, loss, or theft of the vehicle while it is in their possession. The Borrower agrees to notify the Owner immediately if any damage or theft occurs. If the vehicle is involved in an accident, the Borrower will cover all associated repair and legal fees.

6. Return of Vehicle:
   The Borrower agrees to return the vehicle in the same condition as it was borrowed, with the same fuel level, and free of any damage or excessive wear. The Borrower will also return the vehicle with at least half a tank of gas and will clean the interior.

7. Violation of Terms:
   Failure to comply with the terms of this Agreement may result in legal action, and the Borrower will be liable for any associated costs. If the Borrower fails to return the vehicle on the agreed date or violates any other terms, the Owner reserves the right to contact the authorities.
