I. Vehicle Details

The Donor agrees to transfer ownership of the following vehicle to the Recipient:

The Donor hereby transfers the ownership and title of the vehicle described above to the Recipient as a gift. The transfer is made voluntarily and without any exchange of money or other consideration.

III. No Liens or Encumbrances

The Donor affirms that the vehicle is free from any liens, encumbrances, or other legal claims. The Donor warrants that they have full legal title to the vehicle and the right to transfer it to the Recipient. No outstanding debts or obligations are associated with the vehicle.

IV. Condition of the Vehicle

The Donor makes no warranties or representations regarding the condition of the vehicle. The Recipient acknowledges that the vehicle is accepted "as is," and the Donor will not be liable for any repairs or damages once the transfer is complete.

The vehicle is currently in good running condition, and regular maintenance has been completed. The most recent oil change was on April 15, 2055.

V. Delivery of Documents

The Donor agrees to provide the following documents to the Recipient upon transfer of the vehicle:

• The original title of the vehicle, signed by the Donor.

• A copy of the Donor's identification (Driver’s License).

• A Bill of Sale (if applicable).

• Any other documents required by law for the transfer of ownership, including an emissions certificate (if necessary in the state of Idaho).

VI. Release of Liability

The Donor is not responsible for any liabilities or accidents involving the vehicle after the transfer. The Recipient agrees to release the Donor from any claims related to the use of the vehicle from the date of transfer onward. The Donor is also not responsible for any insurance coverage or registration fees after the vehicle has been transferred.

VII. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Idaho.
