Free Vehicle Detailing Service Agreement

This Vehicle Detailing Service Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into by and between [Your Company Name] ("Service Provider"), and the Client, GrowTrail, as of the year 2052.

I. Services Provided

The Service Provider agrees to perform vehicle detailing services for the Client’s vehicle(s). Below is a breakdown of the available detailing packages:

III. Payment Terms

IV. Duration of Service

The detailing service is expected to take approximately:

• Standard Package: 3 to 5 hours

V. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to provide access to the vehicle, including keys and any necessary instructions to the Service Provider. The Client should ensure the vehicle is free of personal belongings before the service begins to avoid delays or damage to items. VI. Warranty

The Service Provider warrants that the services provided will be of professional quality. Any issues with the service must be reported to [Your Company Email] within 7 days of service completion for remediation. If the Client is dissatisfied, the Service Provider will make reasonable efforts to correct the issue within a reasonable timeframe.

VII. Liability

The Service Provider is not responsible for damages to the vehicle caused by pre-existing conditions, including but not limited to, scratches, dents, upholstery issues, or vehicle malfunctions. The Service Provider is also not liable for items left in the vehicle unless explicitly stated in writing.

VIII. Termination of Agreement

Either party may terminate this Agreement with written notice to the other party. If terminated by the Client, the Client agrees to compensate the Service Provider for services rendered up to the point of termination. If the Service Provider terminates the agreement, the Client will receive a refund for any unused services.

IX. Governing Law

This Agreement will be governed by the laws of the state of Illinois.
