VEHICLE MAINTENANCE AND SERVICE AGREEMENT

  • Oil changes (every 5,000 miles)

  • Tire rotation (every 7,500 miles)

  • Brake checks (every 12,000 miles)

  • Fluid level inspections (every 6 months)

  • Engine diagnostics (every 15,000 miles)

  • Filter replacements (every 12,000 miles)

  • Battery inspection and cleaning (every 12,000 miles)

  • Transmission fluid flush (every 30,000 miles)

IV. Payment Terms

The total cost for the services will be $250 per month. Payments are due on the 1st of each month. Late payments will incur a fee of $25 per day.

V. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to:

  • Ensure the vehicle is available for scheduled maintenance during business hours (Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM).

  • Provide accurate information regarding any issues with the vehicle.

  • Pay all fees associated with services rendered as per the terms of this Agreement.

VI. Liability

[Your Company Name] is not responsible for any damages resulting from improper vehicle use, failure to follow maintenance recommendations, or damages caused by third-party repair services. The Client is responsible for ensuring that any recalls or warranty issues are addressed by the vehicle manufacturer or authorized dealers.

VII. Termination

This Agreement may be terminated by either party with written notice of 30 days. In the event of termination, the Client agrees to pay for any services provided up to the termination date. If the Client terminates before the end of the term, a cancellation fee of $500 will apply.

VIII. Additional Terms

Any additional services not specified in this Agreement, including major repairs or upgrades, will require a separate agreement and will be billed accordingly. For example, replacing the timing belt or installing aftermarket parts may incur additional costs, which will be disclosed to the Client before performing any work.
