Credit Repair Agreement
1. Purpose
This Credit Repair Agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered into by and between the Client, hereafter referred to as "Client", and the Credit Repair Company, hereafter referred to as "Company". The purpose of this Agreement is to describe the services provided by the Company in the area of credit repair, and the terms and conditions under which the Company will provide these services to the Client.
2. Definitions
For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings specified below:
a. Credit Repair
Credit Repair refers to the process of improving or correcting a person’s credit report, credit score, and credit history through various financial and legal means.
b. Client
The Client is the individual or legal entity agreeing to receive services from the Company as specified in this Agreement.
c. Company
The Company is the provider of credit repair services that agrees to perform the tasks outlined in this Agreement.
3. Services Provided
The Company agrees to perform the following services for the Client:

Reviewing the Client's credit reports from major credit bureaus.

Identifying and disputing inaccurate or erroneous items.

Advising the Client on strategies to improve credit rating.

Providing regular updates and reports to the Client.
4. Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to provide the Company with accurate and truthful information needed to facilitate the credit repair process. This includes:

Supplying the Company with copies of credit reports.

Maintaining payments on existing accounts.

Refraining from applying for new credit during the course of this Agreement unless advised otherwise by the Company.
5. Fees and Payment
The Client agrees to pay the Company for services rendered as follows:

An initial setup fee of $500, payable upon signing this Agreement.

A monthly service fee of $450, payable at the beginning of each month of service.
All payments are non-refundable.
6. Term and Termination
This Agreement shall begin on the date last signed below and shall continue on a month-to-month basis. Either party may terminate this Agreement by providing 30 days written notice to the other party.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Company shall not be held liable for any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly as a result of the credit repair efforts, including but not limited to any changes in the Client’s credit score during or after the contract period.
8. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of [State].
9. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Client and the Company and supersedes all prior understandings, representations, and agreements, whether written or oral.
