Automatic Debit Credit Agreement
1. Introduction
This Automatic Debit Credit Agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into by and between JoliVent, with its principal office located at Rochester, NY 14602 ("Company"), and Antonette Cassin, residing at Winston-Salem, NC 27101 ("Customer"). The effective date of this Agreement is April 1, 2063.
2. Purpose
The purpose of this Agreement is to establish the terms and conditions under which the Company will automatically debit and credit the Customer's designated bank account ("Account") for payment of goods and services as described herein.
3. Authorization
By signing this Agreement, the Customer authorizes the Company to electronically credit and debit the Account for any amounts due and payable by the Customer in connection with goods and services provided by the Company. The Customer agrees to provide the necessary bank information to facilitate this process.
4. Responsibilities of the Customer
4.1 Bank Account Information
The Customer agrees to provide accurate and complete bank account information and to promptly notify the Company of any changes to such information.
4.2 Sufficient Funds
The Customer agrees to maintain sufficient funds in the Account to cover any debits initiated in accordance with this Agreement. The Customer acknowledges that insufficient funds may result in additional fees.
5. Responsibilities of the Company
5.1 Transaction Notifications
The Company agrees to provide the Customer with a notification of each debit and credit transaction conducted in accordance with this Agreement.
5.2 Confidentiality
The Company shall maintain the confidentiality of the Customer's bank account information and shall not disclose it except as necessary to process transactions or as required by law.
6. Term and Termination
This Agreement shall remain in effect until terminated by either party upon written notice to the other. Either party may terminate this Agreement with 15 days' notice.
7. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of [State], without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
8. Amendments
This Agreement may only be amended in writing, signed by both parties.
9. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties with respect to the subject matter and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings.
