Credit Card Agreement
1. Introduction
This Credit Card Agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into by and between TitanTale ("Issuer"), located at Pittsburgh, PA 15201, and Sigmund Corwin("Cardholder"), residing at St. Paul, MN 55101. This Agreement outlines the terms and conditions under which the Issuer extends credit to the Cardholder through the use of a credit card.
2. Definitions
For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set forth below:
2.1 "Card"
Refers to the credit card issued by the Issuer that allows the Cardholder to access the credit line.
2.2 "Account"
The credit card account established in the name of the Cardholder.
2.3 "Agreement"
The terms and conditions set forth herein, including any amendments or supplements.
3. Use of Card
The Card may be used for purchasing goods and services at participating merchants and for obtaining cash advances, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
4. Credit Limit
The Issuer will establish a credit limit for the Cardholder, which may be reviewed and adjusted periodically. The Cardholder agrees not to exceed this limit.
5. Payments
The Cardholder agrees to pay the total outstanding balance, or minimum payment required, by the due date indicated on the monthly statement. Failure to pay may result in additional charges or penalties.
6. Interest Rates and Fees
The annual percentage rate (APR), applicable fees, and any other charges related to the use of the Card are disclosed in the accompanying 'Rates and Fees Schedule.'
7. Default
If the Cardholder fails to make a payment when due or breaches any term of this Agreement, the Issuer may declare the entire balance due and payable, subject to applicable laws and regulations.
8. Amendments
The Issuer reserves the right to amend the terms of this Agreement upon providing notice to the Cardholder. Continued use of the Card constitutes acceptance of any changes.
9. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [State/Country], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
10. Signatures
By signing below, the Cardholder acknowledges understanding and agreement to the terms and conditions set forth in this Credit Card Agreement.
