Product Supply Agreement
1. Purpose
This Agreement is made and entered into by and between [Your Company Name], herein referred to as "Supplier," and Javier Jacobs, herein referred to as "Recipient," collectively referred to as "Parties," to establish the terms and conditions under which Supplier will supply certain products to Recipient.
2. Definitions
2.1 Products
The term "Products" refers to the goods or materials described in Schedule A attached hereto, which shall be supplied by Supplier to Recipient in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
2.2 Order
An "Order" refers to a written request or purchase order issued by Recipient to Supplier for the supply of Products.
3. Supply of Products
3.1 Orders
Recipient shall issue Orders to Supplier specifying the type and quantity of Products required. Supplier agrees to supply the Products as per the specifications and within the timelines set forth in each Order.
3.2 Delivery
Supplier shall deliver the Products to the address specified in the Order. The risk of loss or damage to the Products shall pass to Recipient upon delivery.
4. Pricing and Payment Terms
4.1 Prices
The prices for the Products are set forth in Schedule B attached hereto. Prices are subject to change upon mutual agreement of the Parties.
4.2 Payment Terms

5. Warranties and Limitations of Liability
