Simple Supply and Purchase Agreement
1. Purpose
This Simple Supply and Purchase Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "Agreement") is entered into by and between the following parties: [Your Company Name], with a principal place of business at [Your Company Address] (hereinafter referred to as "Supplier"), and DockLay, with a principal place of business at Grand Rapids, MI 49501 (hereinafter referred to as "Buyer"). The purpose of this Agreement is to set forth the terms and conditions under which the Supplier agrees to sell, and the Buyer agrees to purchase, certain products as specified herein.
2. Definitions
For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set forth below:
2.1 "Products": The goods and/or services that the Supplier is obligated to provide to the Buyer under the terms of this Agreement.
2.2 "Order": A formal request by the Buyer to the Supplier specifying the types and quantities of Products to be purchased.
3. Supply of Products
The Supplier agrees to supply the Products to the Buyer in accordance with the orders placed by the Buyer from time to time. The Supplier shall ensure that the Products supplied are of satisfactory quality and fit for the intended purpose.
4. Purchase Orders
The Buyer shall submit a purchase order specifying the quantity and type of Products required. The Supplier shall acknowledge receipt of the order and confirm the delivery schedule within [number of days] days of receiving the order.
5. Price and Payment
