Labor Supply Agreement
This Labor Supply Agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into as of this [Date] by and between [Your Company Name], with its principal place of business located at [Your Company Address] ("Supplier"), and WinGroup, with its principal place of business located at Seattle, WA 98101 ("Client").
1. Purpose

6. Obligations of the Client
Client shall provide Supplier with access to the premises and any necessary resources or information required for the performance of the Services.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary information disclosed during the term of this Agreement and thereafter.
8. Termination
