I, Winona Harvey, of legal age, and a resident of Newark, NJ 07101, being duly sworn, depose and say:

That I am an Employee of KinFinity, a corporation duly organized and existing under the laws of Texas, with its principal office located at Plano, TX 75023.

That on December 5, 2054, the Company Registration Certificate belonging to KinFinity was lost. The Company Registration Certificate was originally kept at the company’s main office, Plano, TX 75023.

That the Company Registration Certificate is of significant value and importance to the business operations of KinFinity. The loss was discovered on December 6, 2054, and despite diligent efforts to locate it, the Company Registration Certificate could not be found.

That the loss of the Company Registration Certificate was not due to any negligence or intentional act by KinFinity or any of its employees, but was a result of circumstances beyond our control.

That a thorough search was conducted in the premises of KinFinity, and the Company Registration Certificate could not be located. In the course of the investigation, no evidence of theft, fraud, or unlawful conduct was discovered.

That I am executing this affidavit to affirm the loss of the Company Registration Certificate and to support any necessary legal or administrative action that may be required to replace or make use of the document, or to report the loss to relevant authorities, agencies, or entities.

That I understand that this affidavit may be used for purposes of replacing or securing a duplicate of the lost Company Registration Certificate, and to ensure that KinFinity is not held liable for any issues arising from the loss.
