Job Placement Agreement
This Job Placement Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into as of January 1, 2050, by and between [Your Company Name], located at [Your Company Address], and IdeaMate, located at Las Vegas, NV 89101 (collectively referred to as the “Parties”).
I. Scope of Services
1. Placement Services

2. Candidate Approval

II. Fees and Payment
1. Placement Fees
IdeaMate agrees to pay [Your Company Name] a placement fee of 15% of the annual gross salary of each candidate successfully hired as a result of services provided under this Agreement.
2. Payment Terms
Payment shall be due within 30 days of the candidate's start date. Any overdue payments will incur a late fee of 1.5% per month on the outstanding amount.
3. Replacement Guarantee

2. Termination for Cause
Either Party may terminate this Agreement with 30 days’ written notice if the other Party materially breaches the Agreement and fails to cure such breach within the notice period.
3. Termination Without Cause
Either Party may terminate this Agreement at any time with 60 days’ written notice.
VI. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
VII. Indemnification
