                  Terms and Conditions

                  1. Estimate Validity: All estimates provided are valid for 30 days from the date of submission.

                  2. Work Hours: Standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

                  3. Payment Terms: A 50% deposit is required prior to work commencement. Final payment due upon completion.

                  4. Liability: The contractor will take appropriate precautions to protect property during painting. The client is responsible for securing valuable items.

                  5. Cancellation Policy: Cancellation must be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid charges.
