Club Membership Agreement

5.2 Exceptions to Confidentiality
The obligations of confidentiality do not apply to information that:

Was disclosed by the disclosing party to third parties with prior written consent.
Is required by law to be disclosed.
VI. Limitation of Liability
6.1 Exclusion of Damages
