1. Agreement Overview
This Agreement governs the terms and conditions under which Babysitter agrees to provide babysitting services to Client. The Babysitter will care for Client’s child(ren) at the Client’s home or another agreed-upon location. The Client agrees to compensate the Babysitter in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined below.
2. Services Provided

3. Payment Terms
The Client agrees to pay the Babysitter for services rendered under the following terms:
Hourly Rate
The standard hourly rate for babysitting services is $[0]. This rate applies for any time spent babysitting, including meal preparation, cleanup, and any other agreed-upon activities.
Additional Charges

Overtime Charges: If babysitting services are required beyond the agreed-upon hours, the rate will increase to $[0] per hour for any time worked beyond [8 Hours]. Overtime charges will apply if the Babysitter’s services exceed the scheduled time, unless prior arrangements are made.

6. Confidentiality and Privacy

7. Health and Safety Considerations
The Client agrees to inform the Babysitter of any special health considerations, including allergies, medical conditions, or other issues that the Babysitter needs to be aware of in order to provide the best care possible for the child(ren). The Client will also inform the Babysitter of any medication the child(ren) may require, and provide written permission for the Babysitter to administer such medication if applicable.
In case of an emergency, the Babysitter is authorized to seek medical attention for the child(ren) if the Client cannot be reached immediately. The Client agrees to reimburse the Babysitter for any out-of-pocket expenses incurred in relation to seeking medical treatment for the child(ren).
8. Responsibilities and Expectations
The Client and Babysitter agree to the following expectations during the term of this Agreement:

Punctuality: Both the Babysitter and Client agree to be punctual for the scheduled babysitting sessions.

Behavior Expectations: The Babysitter agrees to maintain a professional, caring, and responsible demeanor during all babysitting sessions. The Client agrees to ensure that the child(ren) behave appropriately and are respectful to the Babysitter.

No Smoking Policy: The Babysitter and Client agree that smoking will not be permitted during babysitting sessions.

Substitution: If the Babysitter is unavailable to provide care, the Babysitter may arrange for a substitute. However, the substitute must meet the approval of the Client in advance.
9. Term and Termination
