Vehicle Parking Agreement
This Vehicle Parking Agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into as of April 1, 2050, by and between Jewell Ward ("Owner") and Lyda Fadel ("Licensee"), collectively referred to as the "Parties."
1. Purpose
The purpose of this Agreement is to provide the Licensee with a designated parking space in Houston, TX 77001 ("Parking Facility") for the parking of the vehicle described herein under the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.
2. DESCRIPTION OF VEHICLE
The Licensee will be parking the following described vehicle:

3. Term
The term of this Agreement shall commence on April 2, 2050 and shall continue until November 2, 2050 unless terminated earlier pursuant to the terms of this Agreement.
4. Payment and Fees
The Licensee agrees to pay the Owner a parking fee of $120 per month, payable in advance on the 15th day of each month. Late payments will incur a fee of $60.
5. Parking Space Assignment
The Licensee is granted a revocable license to park the described vehicle in parking space number [Space Number] at the Parking Facility. This assignment is non-transferable without the prior written consent of the Owner.
6. Responsibilities of the Licensee
The Licensee agrees to comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations regarding vehicle parking and to not use the parking space for any purpose other than parking the described vehicle. The Licensee shall maintain the parking space in a clean and safe condition.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate this Agreement upon 15 days' written notice. Upon termination, the Licensee shall remove the vehicle from the Parking Facility immediately.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Owner is not responsible for any damage to or theft of the Licensee's vehicle or personal property contained within, except where such loss or damage is due to the Owner's negligence or willful misconduct.
9. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas.
10. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Parties regarding the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to such subject matter.
11. Amendments
This Agreement may be amended only by a written agreement signed by both Parties.
