1. Parties Involved
This Parking Space Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between the following parties:

2. Purpose of Agreement
The purpose of this Agreement is to provide the Tenant with the right to use a designated parking space owned by the Owner under the terms and conditions set forth herein.
3. Description of the Parking Space
The parking space is located at Miami, FL 33103, specifically designated as parking space number 110052.
4. Term of Agreement
This Agreement shall commence on May 3, 2050 and shall continue until August 3, 2050, unless terminated earlier in accordance with the termination provisions of this Agreement.
5. Payment Terms
The Tenant agrees to pay the Owner a monthly fee of $120 for use of the parking space. Payment is due on the first of each month and should be made via PayPal.
6. Terms and Conditions
6.1. Use of the Parking Space
The parking space shall be used solely for the parking of a single private passenger automobile owned by the Tenant. No other use shall be permitted without the explicit written consent of the Owner.
6.2. Maintenance
The Tenant agrees to keep the parking space in a clean and orderly condition, free of litter, debris, and any hazardous materials.
6.3. Liability
The Owner shall not be liable for loss, damage, or theft of the vehicle or any articles of personal property left in, on, or about the vehicle at any time.
6.4. Termination
Either party may terminate this Agreement prior to its expiration date by providing [number] days written notice to the other party.
7. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Miami.
8. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties regarding the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to such subject matter.
