Sample Car Parking Agreement
1. Introduction
This Car Parking Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between the following parties:
Owner: Hank Wilkins residing at Plano, TX 75023.
Parking User: Dayton Rohan, residing at Garland, TX 75040.
This Agreement is effective as of April 2, 2050, and outlines the terms and conditions for the use of a designated parking space situated at Irving, TX 75038.
2. Purpose
The purpose of this Agreement is to grant the Parking User a license to use a specific parking space owned by the Owner for parking a motor vehicle, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.
3. Parking Space Details
The parking space ("Parking Space") is located at:
Irving, TX 75038
The Parking User is permitted to use the parking space solely for parking a motor vehicle as detailed in this Agreement.
4. Term of Agreement
This Agreement shall commence on April 5, 2050 and shall continue until December 5, 2050 unless terminated earlier in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
5. Rent and Payment
The Parking User agrees to pay the Owner a rental fee of $350 per month, due on the 16th day of each applicable period.

6. Terms and Conditions
6.1 Use of Parking Space: The Parking User agrees to use the Parking Space solely for the purpose of parking the vehicle detailed below:
Make: Tesla
Model: Model Z
Year: 2050
Color: Silver
6.2 Maintenance and Damages: The Parking User agrees to maintain the cleanliness of the Parking Space and shall be responsible for any damages caused to the Parking Space beyond normal wear and tear.
6.3 Access: The Parking User shall have access to the Parking Space Monday to Sunday 07:00 am - 10:00 pm. The Owner reserves the right to modify access times with prior written notice.
6.4 Termination: Either party may terminate this Agreement by providing 15 days written notice to the other party. Upon termination, the Parking User must vacate the Parking Space by the termination date.
7. Indemnification
The Parking User agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Owner from any and all liabilities, losses, damages, and expenses arising from or related to the use of the Parking Space by the Parking User.
8. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Texas. Any legal action or proceeding arising under this Agreement shall be brought exclusively in Texas.
