Monthly Parking Agreement
1. Purpose
This Monthly Parking Agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into by and between the parking facility owner (hereinafter referred to as "Owner") and the undersigned parker (hereinafter referred to as "Parker"). This Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions under which the Owner agrees to lease parking space(s) to the Parker on a monthly basis.
2. Parking Space and Location
The Owner agrees to provide the Parker with a designated parking space located at [Parking Facility Address]. The specific location of the space will be allotted by the Owner and communicated to the Parker upon execution of this Agreement.
3. Term
The term of this Agreement shall commence on [Start Date] and continue on a month-to-month basis until terminated by either party in accordance with the provisions set forth herein.
4. Rent and Payment Terms
Parker agrees to pay the Owner a monthly rent of [Amount in dollars] for the use of the parking space. Payment is due on the first day of each month. Failure to remit payment by the due date may result in the termination of this Agreement and/or imposition of late fees as determined by the Owner.
5. Termination
Either party may terminate this Agreement by providing a written notice of intent to terminate at least thirty (30) days prior to the desired termination date. Upon termination, the Parker shall vacate the parking space and remove all vehicles and personal property.
6. Use of Premises
The Parker agrees to use the parking space solely for the purpose of parking one personal vehicle. Any commercial use or assignment of this space to another party is strictly prohibited. The Parker shall maintain the cleanliness of the area and immediately report any damage or unsafe conditions to the Owner.
7. Liability
The Parker acknowledges that the Owner is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to vehicles or personal property while parked in the leased space. The Parker assumes all risk associated with parking at the facility.
8. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which the parking facility is located.
9. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements, negotiations, and understandings, whether oral or written, with respect to the subject matter contained herein.
