Parking Spot Agreement
This Parking Spot Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into as of the May 8, 2055 (“Effective Date”), by and between Jonatan Farrell (“Landlord”), with a mailing address of Cincinnati, OH 45201, and Beverly Haley (“Tenant”), with a mailing address of Toledo, OH 43601. The Landlord and Tenant are collectively referred to as the “Parties.”
1. Purpose
The purpose of this Agreement is to provide the Tenant with a parking spot at the location specified herein, under the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.
2. Parking Spot Details
2.1. Description
The Landlord agrees to provide the Tenant with a designated parking spot located at Cincinnati, OH 45201, specifically identified as 1010.
2.2. Use
The Tenant shall use the parking spot solely for the purpose of parking a single motor vehicle. The Tenant shall not use the space for any other purpose without prior written consent from the Landlord.
3. Term
This Agreement shall commence on the Effective Date and continue on a month-to-month basis until terminated by either party in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
4. Rent
The Tenant agrees to pay the Landlord a rental fee of $400 per month for the use of the parking spot. Payments are due on the first day of each 5th day of the month.
5. Termination
Either party may terminate this Agreement by providing 10 days written notice to the other party.
6. Tenant Responsibilities
The Tenant agrees to keep the parking spot clean and free of debris. No hazardous materials or illegal substances shall be stored or disposed of in the parking spot.
7. Landlord Responsibilities
The Landlord shall ensure that the parking spot is available to the Tenant and is in good condition for the term of this Agreement.
8. Indemnification
The Tenant agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Landlord from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of or related to the use of the parking spot by the Tenant.
9. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
10. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Parties concerning the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
