Professional Parking Rental Agreement
This Professional Parking Rental Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into as of the 15th day of June, 2060, by and between the following parties:
PARKING SPACE OWNER: InverLoft, with an address at Miami, FL 33103.
PARKING SPACE RENTER: Jamie Crooks, with an address at Providence, RI 02901.
1. Purpose
The purpose of this Agreement is to set forth the terms and conditions under which the Owner agrees to provide the Renter with the right to park in the designated parking space(s) and the Renter agrees to pay the Owner for such use.
2. Parking Space
The Owner agrees to rent the following parking space(s) to the Renter:
Location: Miami, FL 33103
Details: large space with parking area number 4012
3. Term
The term of this Agreement shall commence on the 16th day of June, 2060 and shall continue on a month-to-month basis until terminated by either party in accordance with the terms outlined in this Agreement.
4. Rental Fee
The Renter agrees to pay the Owner a rental fee of $300 per month. Payment is due and payable on the first day of each calendar month. Late payments may result in the imposition of additional fees as set forth herein.
5. Use of Parking Space
The Renter shall use the parking space for the sole purpose of parking the following vehicle(s):
Make/Model: Toyota
License Plate Number: RI 8022
The parking space shall not be used for any improper, illegal, or hazardous purpose.
6. Termination
This Agreement may be terminated by either party upon thirty (30) days written notice to the other party. Upon termination, the Renter agrees to vacate the parking space and remove any vehicles or property.
7. Liability and Insurance
The Renter acknowledges that they park at their own risk. The Owner shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or theft of the vehicle or its contents. The Renter is responsible for obtaining insurance coverage for their vehicle as deemed necessary.
8. Amendments
This Agreement may be amended only by a written agreement signed by both parties.
9. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida.
