Parking Lot Lease Agreement Outline
This Parking Lot Lease Agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into as of [Date] by and between [Lessor's Name] ("Lessor"), whose address is [Lessor's Address], and [Lessee's Name] ("Lessee"), whose address is [Lessee's Address].
I. Premises
The Lessor hereby leases to the Lessee a parking lot located at [Parking Lot Address] ("Premises"). The Premises consist of [Number of Parking Spaces] parking spaces, which are to be used by the Lessee for parking purposes only.
II. Term

III. Rent

VII. Insurance
Lessee shall maintain, at its own expense, public liability insurance in an amount not less than [Insurance Amount], naming the Lessor as an additional insured.
VIII. Termination
8.1 Termination by Lessor
The Lessor may terminate this Agreement upon [Notice Period] days written notice to Lessee if Lessee fails to pay rent or otherwise breaches this Agreement.
