Parking Space Lease Agreement
This Parking Space Lease Agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into as of the July 2, 2050 by and between Isabelle Harris, hereinafter referred to as "Lessor," and Adela Abshire, hereinafter referred to as "Lessee."
1. Purpose
This Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions under which Lessor agrees to lease to Lessee the designated parking space located at Boise, ID 83701, ("Parking Space") for the purpose of parking Lessee's vehicle.
2. Term
The lease term shall commence on July 5, 2050 and terminate on December 5, 2050, unless terminated earlier in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
3. Rental Payments
3.1 Amount and Payment
Lessee agrees to pay Lessor a monthly rental fee of $1500 ("Rent"), due and payable on the first day of each month during the term.
3.2 Late Fees
If any Rent payment is not received by the Lessor within 15 days after the due date, a late fee of $600 will be charged.
4. Use of Parking Space
Lessee agrees to use the Parking Space solely for the parking of the vehicle, described as Ford, white, plate number ID 8422, and for no other purpose.
5. Maintenance and Repairs
Lessor shall be responsible for maintaining the parking area, while Lessee shall ensure the Parking Space is kept clean and free of debris.
6. Insurance and Liability
Lessee shall maintain insurance coverage for the vehicle parked in the Parking Space. Lessor is not liable for any damage, loss, or theft of Lessee's vehicle.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate this Agreement with [Number of Days] days written notice to the other party.
8. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Idaho.
