Valet Parking Agreement
This Valet Parking Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into as of the date set forth below by and between the following parties:

Purpose
The purpose of this Agreement is to outline the terms under which the Valet Service Provider will offer valet parking services to the Client at the location specified in this Agreement. This service is intended for the convenience of the Client and their guests.
Term
The term of this Agreement shall commence on November 5, 2050 and shall continue until December 5, 2050, unless terminated earlier in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement.
Services
The Valet Service Provider agrees to provide the following services:
Park and retrieve vehicles in a prompt and professional manner.
Maintain a courteous and respectful demeanor while interacting with the Client's guests.
Ensure the security and safety of vehicles under their care.
Provide sufficient number of trained and uniformed valet attendants to manage the expected volume of vehicles.
Location
The valet parking services will be provided at the following location:
Moreno Valley, CA 92551
Compensation
The Client agrees to pay the Valet Service Provider the fee of [Fee Amount] for the services rendered. Payment shall be made upon completion of services or as otherwise agreed.
Liability
The Valet Service Provider shall not be liable for any theft, loss, or damage to vehicles, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct. The Client agrees to indemnify and hold the Valet Service Provider harmless from any claims arising out of the services rendered.
Termination
Either party may terminate this Agreement by providing written notice to the other party at least 5 days in advance. Additionally, either party may terminate immediately in the event of a breach of this Agreement by the other party.
Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Carolina.
Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties regarding the subject matter herein and supersedes all prior discussions, negotiations, and agreements.
