Reserved Parking Agreement
This Reserved Parking Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between the following parties:
Party Details
Owner: Jean Harris, whose principal address is Columbus, OH 43215
Licensee: Ernesto Murphy, whose principal address is Oklahoma City, OK 73101
Effective Date
The effective date of this Agreement is August 9, 2055
Purpose
The purpose of this Agreement is to reserve a specific parking space for the exclusive use of the Licensee during the term of this Agreement.
Parking Space Details
Term
The term of this Agreement shall commence on August 9, 2055 and shall continue until January 9, 2056, unless terminated sooner in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
Payment
The Licensee agrees to pay the Owner a monthly fee of $450 due on the first day of each month. Payments shall be made in advance and in accordance with the Payment Schedule attached as Exhibit A.
Use of Parking Space
The reserved parking space is to be used solely for the parking of motor vehicles. Licensee agrees not to use the parking space for the storage of vehicles or any other personal property without the prior written consent of the Owner.
Termination
Either party may terminate this Agreement by providing thirty (30) days written notice to the other party. In the event of a breach of this Agreement, the non-breaching party may terminate this Agreement immediately with written notice.
Liability
The Owner shall not be liable for any damage to or theft of the Licensee's vehicle or personal property while parked in the designated space.
Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oklahoma.
Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter herein and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral, pertaining thereto.
Signature
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this Reserved Parking Agreement as of the Effective Date.
