Private Parking Agreement
This Private Parking Agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into as of [Date], by and between:
Parties
(1) Philip Mitchell, residing at Baltimore, MD 21201 ("Owner"); and
(2) Carmel Ryan, residing at Portland, OR 97201 ("Parker").
Purpose
The purpose of this Agreement is to provide the Parker with a designated parking space on the Owner's property located at Baltimore, MD 21201 ("Property") under the terms and conditions outlined herein.
Term
The term of this Agreement commences on March 6, 2055 and shall continue until [End Date], unless otherwise terminated earlier pursuant to the conditions stipulated in this Agreement.
Parking Space Description
The Parker is hereby granted the right to park one (1) vehicle in the designated parking space identified as Parking Area for Carmel Ryan on the Property.
Fees and Payment
The Parker agrees to pay the Owner a parking fee of $120 per month, payable in advance on the first day of each month. Payment shall be made by bank transfers. Failure to pay the parking fee in full may result in termination of this Agreement.
Use of Parking Space
The Parker agrees to use the parking space solely for parking the following vehicle: Make: Tesla
Model: Model Z
Year: 2050
Color: Silver.
Any change in vehicle must be communicated to the Owner in writing.
Responsibilities and Obligations
Owner's Responsibilities:
Parker's Obligations:
Park only the designated vehicle in the assigned space.
Maintain the parking space in a clean and orderly condition.
Abide by any additional rules and regulations imposed by the Owner.
Termination
Either party may terminate this Agreement by providing 15 days written notice to the other party. The Owner reserves the right to terminate this Agreement immediately without notice if the Parker breaches any terms herein.
Liability
The Owner shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or theft of the Parker's vehicle or any belongings contained therein while parked in the designated space. The Parker accepts responsibility for any damage caused to the Property resulting from their use of the parking space.
Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Maryland.
Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties regarding the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior discussions and agreements, whether oral or written, between the parties.
