Employee Parking Agreement
This Employee Parking Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") is made and entered into as of the April 6, 2055, by and between BlueLeaf, a Florida corporation, with its principal place of business located at Miami, FL 33103 (hereinafter referred to as the "Employer"), and Anita Wehner, an employee of the Employer (hereinafter referred to as the "Employee").
1. Purpose
The purpose of this Agreement is to set forth the terms and conditions under which the Employee is granted permission to park his or her vehicle in the designated parking area provided by the Employer.
2. Parking Area
2.1 Designated Parking Area
The Employee is authorized to park in the designated parking area specified by the Employer. This location is currently designated as Miami, FL 33103.
2.2 Valid Parking Permit
The Employee must display a valid parking permit issued by the Employer at all times when utilizing the parking area. Failure to display a valid permit may result in revocation of parking privileges.
3. Term
This Agreement will commence on the April 7, 2055 and shall continue until terminated by either party in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
4. Parking Fee
The Employee will be required to pay a parking fee of $20 per month for the use of the parking facilities. The parking fee is subject to change with notice.
5. Responsibilities
5.1 Employee Responsibilities
The Employee agrees to abide by all parking regulations and procedures as outlined by the Employer. The Employee is responsible for maintaining insurance on their vehicle and securing personal belongings within the vehicle.
5.2 Employer Responsibilities
The Employer agrees to provide a safe and accessible parking area for the Employee, subject to applicable laws and regulations.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate this Agreement by providing thirty (30) days written notice to the other party. In the event that the Employee violates any terms of this Agreement, the Employer reserves the right to terminate parking privileges immediately.
7. Indemnification
The Employee agrees to indemnify and hold the Employer harmless from any liability, loss, or damages arising out of the Employee's use of the parking facilities.
8. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of [State], without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
9. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties regarding the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
