Underground Parking Agreement
1. Introduction
This Underground Parking Agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into on November 7, 2065 by and between Sigmund Corwin ("Landlord") and Franz Davis ("Tenant"). The purpose of this Agreement is to outline the terms and conditions under which Tenant is granted the right to use a designated parking space in the underground parking facilities located at Las Vegas, NV 89030("Parking Facility").
2. Parking Space Allocation
Landlord hereby grants Tenant the non-exclusive right to use parking space number 1012 ("Designated Parking Space") within the Parking Facility for the parking of one passenger vehicle, subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein.
3. Term and Termination
3.1. Term
The term of this Agreement shall commence on November 10, 2065 and shall continue on a month-to-month basis unless terminated in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement.
3.2. Termination
Either party may terminate this Agreement for any reason by providing the other party with thirty (30) days' written notice.
4. Payment and Fees
Tenant agrees to pay Landlord the sum of $500 per month for the use of the Designated Parking Space. Payments are due on the first day of each month. Any payment not received within five (5) days of its due date shall be considered late and may incur a late fee of $100.
5. Use of Parking Facility
Tenant agrees to comply with all rules, regulations, and policies concerning the use of the Parking Facility as may be implemented by Landlord from time to time. Tenant shall not use the parking space for any purpose other than parking a passenger vehicle and shall not store any personal property in the Designated Parking Space.
6. Liability
Tenant acknowledges and agrees that Landlord shall not be liable for any damage to vehicles or loss of personal property located within the Parking Facility. Tenant assumes all risk associated with parking in the Designated Parking Space.
7. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada. Each party agrees to submit any disputes arising under this Agreement to the jurisdiction of the courts located within said state.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this Underground Parking Agreement as of the day and year first above written.
