Outdoor Parking Agreement
1. Introduction
This Outdoor Parking Agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into as of May 6, 2055, by and between GraceSpace ("Landlord") with its principal office located at Providence, RI 02901, and Lyda Fadel ("Tenant") residing at Worcester, MA 01601. The parties agree as follows:
2. Purpose
The purpose of this Agreement is to set forth the terms and conditions under which the Landlord will provide the Tenant with a space for outdoor vehicle parking located at Providence, RI 02901 ("Parking Premises").
2.1 Scope
This Agreement covers all necessary terms including parking space allocation, usage restrictions, payment obligations, liability, and termination conditions.
3. Parking Space
The Landlord agrees to rent to the Tenant one outdoor parking space ("Parking Space") as designated by the Landlord, subject to the terms of this Agreement.
3.1 Parking Allocation
The specific location of the Parking Space will be assigned by the Landlord and is subject to change at the Landlord's discretion with prior notice to the Tenant.
3.2 Vehicle Restrictions
The Parking Space is to be used exclusively for parking one legally registered, operational, and insured vehicle owned by or in the lawful possession of the Tenant.
4. Payment Terms
The Tenant agrees to pay the Landlord a parking fee of $300 per week due on the 15th day of each payment period. Failure to make timely payments may result in termination of this Agreement.
5. Liability
The Tenant agrees that the Landlord is not responsible for any loss or damage to the Tenant's vehicle or possessions left in the vehicle, except where caused by the Landlord's gross negligence or willful misconduct.
6. Term and Termination
This Agreement begins on May 10, 2055 and continues on a month-to-month basis until terminated by either party with a 15 days written notice. The Landlord may terminate this Agreement immediately if the Tenant breaches any of its terms.
7. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Rhode Island.
8. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior negotiations, understandings, and agreements, whether written or oral, regarding the subject matter contained herein.
9. Signatures
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this Outdoor Parking Agreement as of the day and year first above written.
