This Short-Term Lease Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of January 1, 2062, by and between [YOUR NAME], located at Oklahoma City, OK 73101, (the “Landlord”), and Ernesto Murphy, residing at Oklahoma City, OK 73101 (the “Tenant”).
I. LEASED PREMISES

II. TERM OF THE LEASE

VIII. RULES AND REGULATIONS
The Tenant agrees to abide by the following rules:

No pets are allowed without prior written consent from the Landlord.

The Tenant must not conduct illegal activities on the Premises.
IX. TERMINATION AND RENEWAL
At the expiration of this Agreement, the Tenant shall vacate the Premises unless both parties agree to extend the term in writing.
X. DEFAULT
In the event of default by the Tenant, including non-payment of rent or violation of this Agreement, the Landlord may terminate the lease and pursue remedies as provided by law.
XI. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma.
XII. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes any prior agreements, oral or written. Any amendments to this Agreement must be in writing and signed by both parties.
