1. Purpose

    • Security alarms must remain active outside office hours.

  4. Workplace Conduct

    • Tailgating (following someone through a secure door without proper authentication) is strictly prohibited.

    • Employees are encouraged to challenge unrecognized individuals or report them to Security.

    • Personal items such as bags and purses should not be left unattended.

  5. Emergency Procedures

    • In case of emergency evacuation, employees must follow the designated escape routes and assembly points as outlined in the Emergency Response Plan.

    • Employees must promptly report security incidents or suspicious activities to the Security Department or a supervisor.

  6. Technology and Information Security

    • Devices must be password-protected, and screens locked when unattended.

    • Sensitive information must be stored in secure systems or locked file cabinets.

    • Unauthorized use of office equipment or networks is strictly prohibited.


4. Roles and Responsibilities

  1. Employees:

    • Adhere to all security policies and report violations or incidents promptly.

    • Secure personal and company property in shared spaces.

  2. Security Department:

    • Monitor and manage access control systems.

    • Conduct regular security audits and drills.

    • Respond promptly to security incidents.

  3. Management:

    • Enforce compliance with the security policy.

    • Review and update the policy annually.


5. Violations

Non-compliance with this policy may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment, and potential legal consequences.
