I. PROPERTY

  • Electricity

  • Water

  • Internet and any other utilities.


VIII. TERMINATION

This agreement may be terminated by:

  1. Mutual agreement between the Landlord and Tenant.

  2. The Tenant giving one month written notice to the Landlord.

  3. The Landlord giving the Tenant two months written notice in accordance with relevant legislation.
