Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement
This agreement is made on the 1st of January, 2057, between [YOUR COMPANY NAME] (the "Landlord") and Maria Turner of IntelShop, Philadelphia, PA 19102 (the "Tenant"). Both parties agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.
I. PROPERTY
