I. Definitions

VI. Utilities and Other Expenses

VII. Use of Premises

1. The Tenant shall use the Premises solely for commercial office purposes.

VIII. Entry and Inspections

The Landlord may enter the Premises for inspections, repairs, or showings with at least 24 hours' written notice, except in cases of emergency.
