1. Introduction
This Truck Sales Contract ("Contract") is made and entered into by and between the Seller and the Buyer on the date specified below. The purpose of this Contract is to outline the terms and conditions under which the Seller agrees to sell and the Buyer agrees to purchase the specified truck.

4. Purchase Price

5.2 Balance
The remaining balance of 40,000 USD shall be paid in full upon delivery of the Truck.
6. Delivery and Transfer of Ownership
The Seller agrees to deliver the Truck to the Buyer on or before January 15, 2057. Upon receipt of full payment, the Seller will provide the Buyer with the necessary documents to transfer ownership.
7. Warranties and Representations
