Buyer’s Acknowledgment:
The Buyer acknowledges the opportunity to inspect the property and accepts it in its current condition.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Possession:
The Buyer shall be entitled to possession of the property immediately after the closing date. -
Default and Remedies:
If the Buyer fails to complete the purchase as agreed, the Seller may retain any deposit as liquidated damages. If the Seller fails to transfer title as agreed, the Buyer shall be entitled to a refund of all payments made. -
Governing Law:
