Sample Lease Agreement

This Lease Agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into as of the 18th day of February, 2055, by and between:

2. Leased Premises

The Landlord hereby leases to the Tenant, and the Tenant hereby leases from the Landlord, the premises located at: Tampa, FL 33601 (the "Premises").

3. Term

The term of this Lease shall commence on 18th day February 2050 and shall terminate on 21st day of February 2060.

4. Rent

The Tenant agrees to pay the Landlord a monthly rent of $1500, payable on the first day of each month. Payment shall be made to: bank transfer.

5. Security Deposit

7. Maintenance and Repairs

Tenant shall keep and maintain the Premises in good and clean condition. Landlord shall be responsible for major repairs but shall not be liable for any damage arising from Tenant's negligence.

8. Termination

This Lease may be terminated by either party by giving 15 days written notice to the other party.

9. Governing Law

This Lease shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of ___________.

10. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior negotiations, representations, or agreements, whether written or oral.
