This Professional Service Agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into as of [Date], by and between [Your Company Name], a corporation with a principal address at [Your Company Address] ("Client"), and TurboNow, an IT company with a principal address at Chandler, AZ 85224 ("Service Provider").
1. Purpose
The purpose of this Agreement is to set forth the terms and conditions under which Service Provider shall perform professional services for Client as described herein.
2. Services
2.1 Description of Services
Service Provider agrees to provide the following professional services ("Services"): Website design and development, including the creation of a custom homepage, e-commerce integration, and responsive mobile features.
2.2 Delivery of Services
Service Provider shall deliver the Services in accordance with the timelines and specifications outlined in Appendix A, attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference.
3. Compensation
The Client agrees to pay the Service Provider the amount of $10,000 as compensation for the Services. Payment shall be made according to the following schedule:

4. Term

6. Termination

9. Entire Agreement
