1. Parties

2. Property
The Landlord hereby agrees to rent to the Tenant, and the Tenant hereby agrees to rent from the Landlord, the residential property located at:

3. Term
The lease term will commence on February 5, 2063 and will terminate on February 6, 2066, unless otherwise terminated in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
4. Rent

5. Security Deposit
