This agreement outlines the terms and conditions under which the Apprentice will participate in the apprenticeship program provided by the Employer.
1. Purpose of the Agreement
The purpose of this Agreement is to define the roles, responsibilities, and obligations of both the Employer and the Apprentice in compliance with the Texas Apprenticeship Standards Act of 2045.
2. Duration of Apprenticeship
The apprenticeship will commence on January 15, 2050, and will be completed on January 15, 2053, unless terminated earlier by Section 8.
3. Training Plan
The Employer agrees to provide the Apprentice with structured on-the-job training and supervision in the trade/field of AI Systems Development.
The Apprentice will also participate in related classroom instruction provided by Tech City Advanced Learning Institute.

4. Apprentice’s Obligations
The Apprentice agrees to:
Follow all rules, regulations, and policies of the Employer.
Complete all assigned tasks related to AI model development and integration.
Attend and actively participate in classroom instruction sessions.
Maintain satisfactory progress in both practical and theoretical components of the program.
5. Employer’s Obligations
The Employer agrees to:
Provide structured, hands-on training in the field of AI Systems Development.
Assign an experienced mentor to oversee the Apprentice’s progress.
Pay the Apprentice a starting wage of $25.00 per hour, with increases based on performance and program milestones.
Ensure a safe and inclusive working environment that adheres to workplace safety regulations.
6. Wages and Benefits
The Apprentice will be compensated at the following rates:
Starting wage: $25.00 per hour
Wage increase: $27.50 per hour after the first 12 months (January 15, 2051).
Final wage: $30.00 per hour after completing 24 months (January 15, 2052).
Benefits:
Health insurance coverage starting February 1, 2050.
Paid holidays and 10 days of paid leave annually.

7. Completion Certificate
Upon successful completion of the apprenticeship program, the Apprentice will receive a Certificate of Completion in AI Systems Development issued by [Your Company Name] and endorsed by the State Apprenticeship Board of Texas.
8. Termination of Agreement
This Agreement may be terminated under the following circumstances:
By mutual agreement of both parties.
If the Apprentice fails to meet program requirements or violates company policies.
If the Employer fails to comply with its obligations under the Agreement.
Due to unforeseen circumstances, such as business closure or natural disasters.
Notice of termination must be provided in writing with a minimum notice period of two weeks.
9. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising under this Agreement will be resolved through mediation by the laws of Texas.
10. General Provisions
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
Amendments to this Agreement must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
