1. Purpose of the Agreement
This agreement outlines the terms and conditions for the apprenticeship training of the apprentice in the field of Nail Technology. The apprentice agrees to undergo training and gain hands-on experience under the guidance of the employer.
2. Duration of the Apprenticeship
The apprenticeship will begin on January 15, 2050, and end on January 14, 2051, unless terminated earlier as provided in this agreement. The apprenticeship term is 12 months.
3. Scope of Training
The apprentice will undergo training in the following skills and activities:

5. Employer Duties and Responsibilities

The employer will offer reasonable accommodations to assist the apprentice in learning and development.
6. Compensation

The apprentice will be compensated at the rate of $15.00 per hour.

Additional benefits include 1 week of paid vacation after 6 months of employment and eligibility for a health insurance plan after 9 months.
7. Supervision and Assessment

8. Termination of Agreement
Either party may terminate this agreement with 14 days’ notice in writing if they are dissatisfied with the arrangement or other factors. Grounds for immediate termination may include gross misconduct or failure to meet training expectations.
9. Confidentiality
The apprentice agrees to maintain confidentiality regarding any proprietary information, customer details, or business practices learned during the apprenticeship.
10. Governing Law
This agreement will be governed by the laws of the State of New Town.
