Employment Details

• Position Title: Apprentice Software Engineer

• Duties: Assist with software development tasks, debug code, and participate in training sessions.

• Probation Period: Six months (ending on 30th June 2050).

Training Details

• Qualification Name and Code: Certificate IV in Software Development (2050-SWD-01)

• Registered Training Organisation (RTO): TechEd Australia (RTO ID: 55555)

• Training Plan:

  • 60% on-the-job training at FutureTech Innovations.

  • 40% off-the-job training at TechEd Australia, including workshops and online modules.

Employment Conditions

• Hours of Work: 38 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM).

• Wages: $850 per week as per the National Training Wage Award (2050).

• Superannuation Contribution: 10.5% of weekly wage as per Australian law.

• Leave Entitlements:

  • Four weeks of annual leave per year.

  • 10 days of sick leave per year.

Policies and Procedures

• The apprentice agrees to comply with the employer's workplace policies, including:

  • Code of Conduct.

  • IT and Cybersecurity Policy.

  • Health and Safety Policy.

Termination of Agreement

• Grounds for Termination:

  • Mutual agreement between employer and apprentice.

  • Apprentice’s failure to meet training or employment requirements.

  • Serious misconduct by either party.

• Notice Periods:

  • One week’s notice during probation.

  • Four weeks’ notice post-probation.
