1. Purpose of Agreement

2. Program Description
The Apprenticeship is part of the Bachelor of Computer Science Program and is designed to provide the Apprentice with practical work experience in software development, data analysis, and emerging technologies. The program will include both on-the-job training at partner companies and academic coursework from [Your Company Name].
3. Duration of Apprenticeship
The apprenticeship will commence on February 1, 2050, and will end on January 31, 2051, subject to satisfactory performance and completion of required program components.
4. Responsibilities of the Institution
The Institution agrees to:

5. Responsibilities of the Apprentice

Comply with all academic and workplace policies, including those related to attendance, punctuality, and conduct.

Complete all assignments, exams, and projects as required by the program.

6. Compensation
The Apprentice will receive compensation of $2,500 per month for the duration of the apprenticeship. Payments will be made on the 15th of each month, starting from February 2020.
7. Mentorship and Evaluation
The Apprentice will be assigned a mentor from the assigned partner company who will guide them throughout the apprenticeship. In addition, a faculty supervisor from GlobalTech University will provide ongoing academic support.

Mentorship Program: Regular meetings between the Apprentice and mentors will take place once a month.

Evaluations: The Apprentice will undergo evaluations every quarter to assess academic progress and performance at the partner company.
8. Confidentiality
The Apprentice agrees not to disclose any confidential information obtained during the apprenticeship, including but not limited to proprietary materials, research, business strategies, and other sensitive information related to the partner company or the Institution.
9. Termination
This Agreement may be terminated by either party with written notice of 30 days. Grounds for termination may include, but are not limited to:

10. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the issue through negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, both parties agree to proceed with mediation, and if necessary, legal action under the laws of the state of California.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed by the laws of the State of California, USA.
