Consent Waiver Agreement
This Consent Waiver Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into as of January 6, 2050, by and between:

1. Purpose
The purpose of this Agreement is to outline the terms under which Party B consents to participate in the Wilderness Hiking and Survival Program conducted by Party A. The program includes guided outdoor activities such as hiking, camping, and survival skills training in remote areas.
2. Consent and Acknowledgement
By signing this Agreement, Party B acknowledges and agrees to the following:
Party B consents to participate in the Wilderness Hiking and Survival Program from March 15, 2050, to March 22, 2050, as outlined by Party A.
Party B acknowledges that they have been fully informed about the nature and scope of the activities, including the physical demands and potential risks involved.
Party B understands and acknowledges that the activity involves certain inherent risks such as injuries, adverse weather conditions, and exposure to wildlife.
Party B voluntarily assumes all risks associated with participation in the program.
3. Waiver of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Party B agrees to waive any claims, demands, actions, or causes of action against Party A, its agents, employees, contractors, or affiliates arising from Party B's participation in the Wilderness Hiking and Survival Program.
This waiver includes, but is not limited to:
Claims for personal injury, property damage, or any other loss or harm, whether caused by negligence, unintentional acts, or intentional misconduct.
4. Indemnification
Party B agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Party A from and against all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of
Party B's participation in the program, including any claims by third parties, regardless of whether those claims arise from Party B’s actions or the actions of others.
5. Confidentiality and Media Release
Party B grants Party A the right to use their name, likeness, image, voice, and/or statements in connection with the Wilderness Hiking and Survival Program for promotional, advertising, or other purposes related to the program, without compensation to Party B.
Party B understands that their participation may be recorded, photographed, or otherwise documented by Party A or authorized parties, and they consent to such recordings being used in promotional materials, social media, and advertising materials.
6. No Obligation to Participate
Participation in the Wilderness Hiking and Survival Program is voluntary. Party B may withdraw from participation at any time by providing written notice to Party A. No penalty or refund will be imposed if Party B chooses to withdraw before or during the program.
7. Legal Compliance
Both Parties agree to comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws, regulations, and guidelines relevant to the activities undertaken during the program, including any specific permits or licenses required for wilderness activities.
8. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed by the laws of the State of Evergreen, without regard to its conflicts of law principles.
9. Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of the Agreement will remain in full force and effect.
10. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Parties concerning the subject matter hereof, superseding all prior agreements, whether written or oral, regarding the same subject matter.

By signing below, Party B affirms that they have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to the terms outlined in this Consent Waiver Agreement.
