This Visa Waiver Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "Agreement") is made and entered into on this 5th day of January, 2050, by and between:

Preamble:
In recognition of the mutual desire to foster closer ties and promote easier travel between the citizens of The Republic of Alandia and The Kingdom of Belvia, and by the respective laws and regulations of both nations, the parties hereby agree to the following terms and conditions:
Article 1: Purpose of Agreement
1.1. The purpose of this Agreement is to enable citizens of The Republic of Alandia and The Kingdom of Belvia to travel to each other’s territories for tourism, business, or similar purposes, without requiring a visa for short-term stays.
1.2. Citizens of The Republic of Alandia and The Kingdom of Belvia shall be exempt from visa requirements for stays not exceeding 90 days within 180 days.
Article 2: Eligibility and Conditions
2.1. This visa waiver applies to all citizens of The Republic of Alandia and The Kingdom of Belvia who hold a valid national passport or a travel document that is recognized by the other country.
2.2. The waiver applies exclusively to travel for tourism, business meetings, conferences, or related non-employment activities.
2.3. Travelers must comply with the public health, security, and immigration regulations of the host country, and must demonstrate sufficient funds for the duration of their stay.
2.4. The citizens traveling under this Agreement must also intend to leave the host country before the expiration of the allowed 90-day period.
Article 3: Exemptions
3.1. This Agreement does not apply to individuals seeking to enter the host country for employment, study, or permanent residency.
3.2. Both The Republic of Alandia and The Kingdom of Belvia reserve the right to refuse entry to any traveler who fails to meet the immigration requirements or presents a security risk.
Article 4: Duration and Termination
4.1. This Agreement shall take effect on 1st February 2050 and shall remain in force unless terminated by either party with a minimum notice of 90 days.
4.2. Either party may propose amendments or termination of the Agreement through diplomatic channels, following the due process as per the domestic laws of each country.
Article 5: Miscellaneous Provisions
5.1. The provisions of this Agreement shall be reviewed annually by the respective authorities of The Republic of Alandia and The Kingdom of Belvia.
5.2. This Agreement shall be executed in both English and the official languages of The Republic of Alandia and The Kingdom of Belvia. In case of any discrepancy, the English version shall prevail.
5.3. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved amicably through diplomatic channels or, if necessary, through arbitration by an independent body as agreed by both parties.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned, being duly authorized representatives of The Republic of Alandia and The Kingdom of Belvia, have signed this Visa Waiver Agreement on 5th January 2050.
