Printable Waiver Agreement
This Waiver Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into by and between:
Party 1: John A. Smith, an individual residing at 123 Maple Street, Springfield, IL 62701 ("Waiver Party")
AND
Party 2: [Your Company Name], a business entity located at [Your Company Address] ("Release Party")
Effective Date: January 6, 2050
1. Waiver and Release of Liability
In consideration of being allowed to participate in the outdoor adventure activities at Adventure Park, the Waiver Party hereby agrees to the following:
The Waiver Party voluntarily assumes all risks and hazards associated with activities such as zip-lining, rock climbing, and hiking at Adventure Park.
The Waiver Party fully and completely releases, discharges, and holds harmless [Your Company Name], its affiliates, employees, officers, directors, agents, and contractors, from any claims, liabilities, or causes of action (including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or death) that may arise out of or in connection with participation in the aforementioned activities.
2. No Admission of Liability
This Agreement is not an admission of liability by the Release Party and is intended solely to release the Release Party from any future claims.
3. Scope of Waiver
This waiver applies to all present and future claims that may arise out of the Waiver Party’s participation in the activities at Adventure Park, whether caused by the negligence of the Release Party or otherwise.
4. Acknowledgment of Understanding
The Waiver Party acknowledges that they have read this Waiver Agreement carefully, understand its contents, and voluntarily agree to its terms. The Waiver Party also acknowledges that they have had an opportunity to consult with legal counsel before signing this Agreement.
5. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed by the laws of the State of Illinois.
6. Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remainder of the Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.
