This Memorandum of Understanding ("MoU") is made and entered into as of January 8, 2070, by and between [Your Company Name], located at [Your Company Address], and ForBiz, located at Irving, TX 75038. Collectively referred to as "the Parties."

This MoU constitutes the entire agreement between the Parties and supersedes all prior understandings, agreements, representations, or negotiations, whether written or oral.
This MoU may be amended only by a written instrument executed by the duly authorized representatives of both Parties.
This MoU shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas.
