Private Room Rental Agreement

I. Introduction

This Private Room Rental Agreement (the "Agreement") is made effective as of January 9, 2050 by and between:

  • [Your Name], located at [Your Company Address], with email contact at [Your Email], hereinafter referred to as the "Landlord", and

  • Maria Turner, residing at Philadelphia, PA 19102, with email contact at maria@you.mail, hereinafter referred to as the "Tenant".

II. Premises

The Landlord hereby agrees to rent to the Tenant a private room located at 1234 Oakwood Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19102 (the "Premises") for the term and under the conditions set forth in this Agreement. The room is suitable for residential purposes only.

III. Term of Agreement

The term of this rental will commence on January 9, 2050 and will end on January 9, 2051, unless terminated earlier as specified herein.

IV. Rent and Payment Terms

  • The total rent for the term of this Agreement is $1,200 per month.

  • Rent is due on the 1st day of each month, beginning on January 9, 2050.

  • Payments must be made to [Your Name] via bank transfer, check, or PayPal.

  • A late fee of $50 will be charged for any payments received more than 5 days after the due date.

V. Security Deposit

  • A security deposit of $1,200 is required, due upon the signing of this Agreement.

VI. Use of Premises

  • The Tenant shall not sublease or assign this Agreement to any third party without prior written consent from the Landlord.

VII. Utilities and Maintenance

  • The Tenant is responsible for paying the following utilities: electricity, gas, water, and internet.

  • The Landlord will cover the costs of trash removal and property maintenance.

  • The Tenant agrees to promptly report any maintenance issues to the Landlord.

VIII. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Pennsylvania, and any disputes arising out of or related to this Agreement shall be resolved in the courts located in Philadelphia County, Pennsylvania.

IX. Termination and Renewal

  • Either party may terminate this Agreement by providing written notice at least 30 days prior to the desired termination date.

  • Upon expiration of this Agreement, the Tenant agrees to vacate the Premises unless a renewal agreement is mutually signed by both parties.
