Release Statement

I, the undersigned Releasor, hereby voluntarily release and forever discharge the above-named Releasee, its agents, employees, successors, and assigns, from any and all claims, demands, actions, liabilities, or causes of action, whether known or unknown, arising out of or relating to any loss, damage, injury, or harm that may occur as a result of my participation in the following activity:

This release applies to all liability for any personal injury, death, property damage, or other loss resulting from any cause, including but not limited to negligence, equipment failure, or the actions of any other person.

1. Acknowledgement of Risk: I acknowledge and understand the risks involved with the above activity and voluntarily assume those risks. I affirm that I am physically fit and capable of participating in this activity, and I accept full responsibility for my participation.

2. Governing Law: This release shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United States and the laws of the state of [State].

3. Severability: If any portion of this release is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

This document represents the entire agreement between the parties concerning the release of liability and supersedes all prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.
