PARTIES TO THIS RELEASE

DESCRIPTION OF PROPERTY

RELEASE OF LIABILITY

I, the undersigned Releasor, hereby release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless the Releasee, its agents, employees, officers, directors, representatives, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, actions, causes of action, damages, or liability of any kind arising from or in connection with the use or access to the property described above. This release applies to any injuries, losses, property damage, or other harm, whether caused by the negligence of the Releasee or otherwise.

ASSUMPTION OF RISKS

I acknowledge and understand that using or accessing the above-described property may involve certain risks, dangers, and hazards that could result in injury, illness, or damage to my person or property. These risks may include, but are not limited to:

CONDITION OF PROPERTY

I confirm that I have inspected the property (or will do so prior to use) and acknowledge that I will notify the Releasee if I notice any hazards or unsafe conditions. If I observe any danger or defect, I agree to cease using or accessing the property and immediately inform the Releasee.

NO ADMISSION OF LIABILITY

This release does not constitute an admission of liability or fault by the Releasee. It is simply a waiver of liability in the event of any accidents, injuries, or damages arising from my use or access to the property.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This document represents the complete and entire agreement between the parties regarding the release of liability for the use or access to the property and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings.
