Dear Johny Trevor,

I am writing this letter to report a complaint against your tenants who are making loud noises during the night time. I find it hard to sleep because of the noise. I have already confronted them for this behavior but no subsequent corrective actions have been made.

My daily activities are affected because of noise and restless nights.
